1. Introduction

At Heeraa Industries, we proudly supply premium bangles and original stone maalas to wholesale buyers across the globe.

This International Orders Policy outlines the terms governing export orders, international shipping, customs responsibilities, payment conditions, and other important information applicable to customers outside India.

By placing an international order with Heeraa Industries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


2. International Business

Heeraa Industries welcomes business enquiries from:

  • Importers
  • Wholesalers
  • Distributors
  • Jewellery Retail Chains
  • Boutique Owners
  • Online Sellers
  • Trading Companies
  • Corporate Buyers

We currently accept international enquiries from eligible countries, subject to applicable laws and shipping feasibility.


3. International Order Process

International orders generally follow the process below:

  1. Contact our sales team via Call, WhatsApp, or Email.
  2. Share your product requirements, quantities, and destination country.
  3. Receive a quotation including product pricing and estimated shipping details.
  4. Confirm the order and complete the agreed payment.
  5. Production (if required) and quality inspection.
  6. Secure packaging and export documentation.
  7. Shipment through the agreed logistics partner.
  8. Tracking details shared after dispatch.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

International orders are subject to our standard wholesale minimum order requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Current MOQ:

Minimum One Box Per Design

Each box contains 12 sets of the selected design.

Additional MOQ requirements may apply for export orders depending on the destination, shipping method, and product category.


5. Pricing

All international quotations are prepared individually.

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Product Selection
  • Quantity
  • Packaging Requirements
  • Destination Country
  • Freight Charges
  • Currency Exchange Rates
  • Export Documentation

Prices are confirmed only after a formal quotation is issued.


6. Payment Terms

International orders generally require 100% advance payment before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be accepted through approved international banking channels.

Any bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, currency conversion costs, or similar banking expenses are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.


7. Production Timeline

Ready Stock

Generally dispatched within 4–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Manufacturing Orders

Approximately 15–20 business days.

Custom Designs / New Mould Development

Approximately 30 business days or more, depending on design complexity and production requirements.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational requirements.


8. Shipping & Logistics

International shipments are arranged through reliable freight and courier partners selected according to the destination and shipment size.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Air Freight
  • Express Courier
  • Cargo Services
  • Sea Freight (where applicable)

The most suitable logistics option will be discussed with the buyer before shipment.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Import Duties
  • Customs Duties
  • Local Taxes
  • VAT/GST
  • Clearance Charges
  • Port Handling Charges
  • Warehousing Charges
  • Government Fees
  • Any other destination-country charges

Heeraa Industries is responsible only for export compliance from India.


10. Import Regulations

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with the import laws, customs regulations, certification requirements, and other legal requirements of the destination country.

Heeraa Industries shall not be responsible for delays, confiscation, or additional charges resulting from local import regulations.


11. Shipping Delays

International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs Inspections
  • Airline Delays
  • Port Congestion
  • Government Restrictions
  • Public Holidays
  • Political Events
  • Natural Disasters
  • Force Majeure Events

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.


12. Packaging

All export orders are packed using suitable packaging methods intended to protect the products during transportation.

Custom packaging, private labeling, and branding options may be available upon request and subject to commercial agreement.


13. Product Inspection

Every export order undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch.

Customers are encouraged to review product specifications, quantities, and approved designs before production begins.


14. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

International orders are subject to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

As a general rule:

  • No Returns
  • No Refunds
  • No Exchanges

However, if Heeraa Industries supplies:

  • Wrong Products
  • Wrong Sizes
  • Wrong Quantities
  • Verified Manufacturing Defects

we may, at our sole discretion, provide a suitable replacement or issue a credit note, subject to verification.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs, shipment details, and, where possible, an unboxing video.


15. Currency

Unless otherwise specified in the quotation, prices are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

For export transactions, pricing in other currencies may be provided upon mutual agreement.


16. Intellectual Property

All product images, catalogues, marketing materials, website content, logos, and branding remain the exclusive property of Heeraa Industries.

No international customer may reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.


17. Limitation of Liability

Heeraa Industries shall not be liable for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import restrictions
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Banking delays
  • Third-party logistics delays
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Local regulatory actions

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected products.


18. Governing Law

This International Orders Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi and Mumbai, India.
