As we operate exclusively as a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of bangles and original stone maalas, all transactions are considered Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.

No Return Policy

All products sold by Heeraa Industries are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched or delivered.


No Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are non-refundable.

Payments made towards:

  • Wholesale Orders
  • Bulk Orders
  • Custom Manufacturing
  • OEM / Private Label Orders
  • Advance Payments

cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced or the order has been confirmed.


Order Verification

Customers are requested to carefully verify:

  • Product designs
  • Quantity
  • Size
  • Colour
  • Stone combination
  • Shipping details

before confirming the order.

Once an order is approved, no modifications, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be entertained.


Damaged Shipment

If the outer package appears severely damaged during delivery, customers should immediately notify the courier partner and contact our support team before accepting the shipment whenever possible.


Manufacturing Variations

Our products are manufactured using traditional craftsmanship and detailed finishing processes.

Minor variations in:

  • Colour
  • Stone placement
  • Antique finish
  • Texture
  • Polish

are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and shall not be treated as defects.


Exceptions

Heeraa Industries reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a replacement only if:

  • A completely different product has been supplied due to our error.
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect that is verified by our quality team.

Any such claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and the original invoice. Approval of any replacement remains solely at the discretion of Heeraa Industries.
