4. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

6. Product Images

Product images displayed on the website or in catalogues are intended for reference purposes.

Minor variations in colour, polish, stones, texture, or finishing may occur.

Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

7. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Wholesale orders are accepted only as per our Minimum Order Quantity requirements.

Each box consists of 12 sets of the selected design.

Mixed size combinations may be available depending upon stock and production.

8. Pricing

All prices displayed are wholesale prices.

Prices are subject to change based on:

  • Raw Material Cost
  • Labour Charges
  • Gold Finish Cost
  • Stone Cost
  • Market Conditions

Heeraa Industries reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

Any quotation issued by us remains valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. If no validity period is specified, the quotation should be treated as indicative and may change before order confirmation.

9. Payment Terms

Customers may choose either of the following payment methods:

Option 1

100% Advance Payment

OR

Option 2

30% Advance Payment

Balance payable through Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

COD is currently available only within India and may not be available for all locations or order values.

Orders will be processed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

10. Order Confirmation

Orders shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Payment confirmation (where applicable)
  • Acceptance by Heeraa Industries
  • Availability of stock or production capacity

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch if required.

11. Manufacturing Timeline

Ready Stock

Dispatch within approximately 4–5 business days.

Manufacturing Orders

Approximately 15–20 business days.

Custom Designs / New Mould Development

Approximately 30 days, depending on design complexity and production requirements.

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.

12. Shipping

Shipping charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Free shipping may be available for eligible orders above INR 100,000, subject to our prevailing shipping policy.

We may use one or more logistics partners, including but not limited to:

  • Shiprocket
  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Professional Couriers
  • Other approved logistics providers

13. International Orders

We accept international enquiries and export orders.

All export-related discussions, including pricing, freight, customs, import duties, taxes, documentation, and delivery terms, will be finalized through direct communication with our sales team.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and destination-country compliance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

14. Returns & Replacements

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • No Return
  • No Refund
  • No Cancellation after production begins

However, if Heeraa Industries supplies:

  • Wrong Design
  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Verified Manufacturing Defect

We may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a suitable credit note.

15. Cancellation

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Advance payments for confirmed production orders are non-refundable.

16. Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes multiple quality inspections before dispatch.

While we strive for consistency, handcrafted manufacturing may result in slight variations that do not affect product usability.

17. Warranty Disclaimer

Artificial jewellery does not carry a warranty.

The life of the polish depends on several factors, including:

  • Usage
  • Storage
  • Exposure to water
  • Perfumes
  • Sweat
  • Cosmetics
  • Chemicals
  • Environmental conditions

Natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

18. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including:

  • Product Designs
  • Product Images
  • Catalogues
  • Logo
  • Website Content
  • Branding Materials
  • Marketing Creatives

remain the exclusive property of Heeraa Industries.

Without prior written consent, users may not:

  • Copy product photographs
  • Reproduce catalogues
  • Use our logo
  • Modify our marketing material
  • Upload our catalogue or images to marketplaces
  • Represent our products as official Heeraa Industries material

19. White Label Manufacturing

Heeraa Industries may offer private label or white-label manufacturing subject to separate commercial discussions.

Retailers may sell products under their own brand where agreed, but this does not grant ownership of our designs, catalogue, or branding materials.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heeraa Industries shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by logistics partners
  • Delays due to force majeure events
  • Customer misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts located in Delhi and Mumbai, as applicable.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.
