Welcome to Heeraa Industries. By accessing our website, requesting quotations, placing wholesale enquiries, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Us

Heeraa Industries is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of:

  • Fancy Bangles
  • Temple Jewellery Bangles
  • Antique Bangles
  • Bridal Bangles
  • Original Stone Maalas

Our products are supplied primarily to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, importers, exporters, and jewellery businesses.

2. Wholesale Business

Heeraa Industries operates exclusively as a B2B manufacturer and wholesale supplier.

Retail orders may not be accepted unless specifically approved.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply depending upon the product category.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed or shared are wholesale prices.

Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in:

  • Raw material costs
  • Labour costs
  • Transportation
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Market conditions

Final pricing will always be confirmed before order confirmation.

4. Product Images

Product photographs are for reference only.

Due to:

  • Photography
  • Screen settings
  • Lighting
  • Handcrafted finishing

Slight variations in colour, polish, stones or texture may occur.

These variations shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.

5. Orders

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

  • Quotation approval
  • Advance payment (where applicable)
  • Order confirmation by Heeraa Industries

Heeraa Industries reserves the right to decline any enquiry or order without assigning any reason.

6. Manufacturing Timeline

Production timelines vary depending upon:

  • Quantity
  • Design complexity
  • Product availability
  • Customisation

Estimated dispatch dates are indicative only.

Delays caused due to force majeure, transport, strikes, natural disasters or government restrictions shall not make Heeraa Industries liable.

7. Payments

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • NEFT / RTGS
  • Other approved payment methods

Orders may require advance payment before production begins.

8. Returns

As our products are manufactured for wholesale business:

All sales are generally final.

Returns or exchanges shall only be accepted if:

  • Wrong products were supplied
  • Manufacturing defects are confirmed by Heeraa Industries
  • Claims are raised within 3 days of delivery

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or wear and tear shall not qualify for replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, catalogues, website content, logos, branding, photographs and graphics remain the intellectual property of Heeraa Industries.

Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Heeraa Industries shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of profits
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages

Our liability shall never exceed the invoice value of the affected products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
