We are a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of premium bangles and original stone maalas. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver wholesale orders across India and internationally.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently supply products across:
- 🇮🇳 All States & Union Territories of India
- 🌍 Selected International Markets (subject to discussion and approval)

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed only after:
- Payment confirmation (100% advance), or
- Confirmation of the required advance payment (30% advance, where applicable).
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
4. Dispatch Timeline
Ready Stock Orders
Orders are generally dispatched within 4–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Manufacturing Orders
Products that require manufacturing are generally dispatched within 15–20 business days.
Custom Designs / New Mould Development
Orders requiring custom manufacturing, new mould development, or special production may take approximately 30 days, depending on design complexity and production requirements.
All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, production schedule, and operational circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order Weight
- Package Dimensions
- Delivery Location
- Courier Charges
- Insurance (if applicable)
Shipping charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping within India on eligible wholesale orders with a minimum invoice value of:
INR 100,000 (One Lakh Rupees)
Free shipping eligibility is subject to:
- Delivery location
- Product category
- Courier service availability
Heeraa Industries reserves the right to determine eligibility for free shipping.
7. Courier Partners
Depending upon serviceability and destination, orders may be shipped through one or more of the following logistics partners:
- Shiprocket
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Professional Couriers
- India Post
- Other trusted logistics partners
The courier partner is selected based on service availability, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
8. Delivery Timeline
Within India
Estimated delivery:
3–10 Business Days
depending upon the destination.
Remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional transit time.
International Orders
International delivery timelines vary depending upon:
- Destination Country
- Customs Clearance
- Freight Method
- Import Regulations
- Local Logistics
Estimated delivery schedules will be communicated individually after order confirmation.
9. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please ensure the following information is correct:

- Mobile Number
- GST Details (if applicable)
- Full Shipping Address
- Landmark
- PIN Code
Heeraa Industries shall not be responsible for delays or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
10. Shipment Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive shipment details, including the courier name and tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the respective logistics partner.
11. International Orders
International wholesale orders are accepted on request.
Export terms, including:

- Customs Documentation
- Duties
- Taxes
- Import Regulations
- Delivery Terms
will be discussed individually before order confirmation.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and destination-country compliance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
12. Delays
While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Transport Disruptions
- Public Holidays
- Government Restrictions
- Customs Clearance
- Courier Delays
- High Seasonal Demand
Heeraa Industries shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.
13. Damaged Shipments
We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage:
- Inspect the package before accepting delivery whenever possible.
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging.
- Record an unboxing video.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, Heeraa Industries will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a credit note where appropriate.
14. Partial Shipments
To avoid unnecessary delays, Heeraa Industries may dispatch available products separately if required.
Customers will be informed if an order is shipped in multiple consignments.
15. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect contact details
the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
16. Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address or as otherwise agreed in writing.
