This Wholesale Ordering Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable to all wholesale purchases made through our website, sales representatives, WhatsApp, email, or any other official communication channels.
By placing an order with Heeraa Industries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Wholesale Ordering Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are intended for wholesale purchases unless otherwise stated.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
To maintain manufacturing efficiency and competitive wholesale pricing, the following MOQ applies:

Each box contains:
12 Sets of the Same Design
Orders below the minimum quantity may not be accepted.
4. Available Sizes
Most designs are available in the following sizes:
- 2.2
- 2.4
- 2.6
- 2.8
- 2.10
Availability depends on:
- Design
- Current Stock
- Production Schedule
Mixed size combinations may be available upon request, subject to stock availability.
5. Product Pricing
All prices displayed are wholesale prices.
Prices are subject to change based on:
- Raw Material Cost
- Manufacturing Cost
- Labour Charges
- Stone Cost
- Market Conditions
Price revisions may occur without prior notice.
The final payable amount shall be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
6. Order Placement
Wholesale orders may be placed through:

7. Payment Terms
Customers may choose either of the following payment options:
Option 1
100% Advance Payment
or
Option 2
30% Advance Payment
Balance payable through Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
COD is available only within India and is subject to serviceability and approval.
Orders will be processed only after the required advance payment has been received.
8. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after:

- Stock availability verification
- Acceptance by Heeraa Industries
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
9. Ready Stock Orders
Products available in ready stock are generally dispatched within:
4–5 Business Days
10. Manufacturing Orders
Orders requiring production generally require:
15–20 Business Days
depending upon:
- Quantity
- Design Complexity
- Production Schedule
11. Custom Manufacturing
Orders involving:
- New Designs
- Custom Designs
- New Mould Development
- OEM Manufacturing
- Private Label Manufacturing
may require approximately:
30 Business Days
or more depending upon production requirements.
12. Shipping
Shipping charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Free shipping within India is available on eligible wholesale orders above:
INR 100,000
Shipping is carried out through trusted logistics partners.
13. GST Invoice
Every wholesale order is accompanied by a valid tax invoice.
GST billing is available.
Business customers requiring GST invoices should provide accurate GST details while placing the order.
For specific GST-related requirements, customers may contact our sales team before placing an order.
14. International Orders
We accept international wholesale enquiries.
Pricing, shipping, freight, customs documentation, taxes, and delivery terms for international orders are discussed individually before order confirmation.

15. Product Inspection
Every order undergoes multiple quality inspections before dispatch.
Despite strict quality control, minor handcrafted variations in polish, finish, or stone placement may occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
16. Product Images
Catalogue images are provided solely for order reference.
Retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or third parties may not:
- Download product images
- Copy catalogue pages
- Reproduce marketing material
- Use our logo
- Publish our catalogue online
without prior written permission from Heeraa Industries.
17. White Label Orders
Private label and white-label manufacturing services are available upon request.
Commercial terms, packaging, branding, and confidentiality requirements are finalized separately through mutual agreement.
18. Order Changes
Customers may request modifications only before production or dispatch begins.
Once production has commenced, changes to:
- Design
- Quantity
- Sizes
- Packaging
may not be possible.
19. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.
Advance payments made towards confirmed production orders are non-refundable.

20. Limitation of Liability
Heeraa Industries shall not be liable for:
- Customer ordering errors
- Market demand fluctuations
- Retail selling performance
- Delays caused by logistics partners
- Delays due to force majeure events
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected order.
21. Governing Law
This Wholesale Ordering Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi and Mumbai, India.
